Model Orkestrasi Kolaboratif Dalam Pengelolaan Event-Based Hidden Curriculum Untuk Penciptaan Nilai Publik Moderasi Beragama

Abstract

This study examines the role of religious events as a strategic medium for internalizing religious moderation within the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study explores how the Hari Amal Bakti (HAB) serves as an event-based hidden curriculum. Data were collected through documentation and content analysis of activities at the Kemenag office in Pangandaran, including the launch of the HAB 80th anniversary and milestone commemorations at MAN 1 Pangandaran. The findings indicate that religious events are not merely ceremonial but function as an arena for social learning. Through the orchestration of religious moderation, Penmad and PAKIS sectors successfully bridge institutional mandates to produce public value outcomes. The research concludes that strategic event management, when aligned with institutional legitimacy and collaborative capacity, effectively normalizes moderate religious values among students, teachers, and the broader community, moving beyond formal curriculum constraints.
